I had a pleasant experience with warm welcome from the staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops. However, there was noticeable noise from a nightclub nearby, which could disrupt sleep, and breakfast options were rather basic, leaving room for improvement.

Staff eagerly made our stay exceptional, including luggage help.

this hotel is centrally located, but do not expect any special treatment. The thud of music from the nightclub on Saturday night was absolutely unbearable! When I requested a room change, they acted like I was asking for a golden key! breakfast? too basic for my refined tastes. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Spacious bathroom with plenty of room to move around, really nice hot showers to kick off the day. The large and comfortable bed made for a solid night's sleep in a quiet corner of the hall.

experienced during my travels, thanks to the attentive and friendly team at the front desk. The location near Plaza de Armas made it easy to explore the area. However, the heating in the room could be improved for even better comfort.

The location is nifty, close to shops and eateries. We explored the beautiful Lake Titicaca, and their team set us up for an airport transfer. Special thanks to William for recommending vegan spots! Breakfast was fresh and perfect for fueling our adventures!

the location of tierra viva is superb, right at the historic center. we really appreciated the box breakfast prepared by the front desk for our early trip, which was a thoughtful touch. the room also had a heater, making our stay cozy despite the chilly nights.
